Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using TransLangPro, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

TransLangPro is a product of AIFY LLC ("we", "AIFY"), an LLC registered in Montana, USA. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• One person = one account (except in workspaces with multiple seats).

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use TransLangPro to:

• Violate any applicable laws in your region or where the document originates.
• Translate documents containing child abuse material, incitement to violence, or other illegal content.
• Infringe intellectual property — only translate documents you have the right to translate.
• Intentionally overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or share your account with people outside your workspace.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Content ownership

Your documents are yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and translate them for you. We don't claim ownership.

Translations are yours. You own the output from TransLangPro and may use it for any purpose.

The service is ours. Code, design, brand, engine — TransLangPro and the logo are property of AIFY LLC.

Payment & renewals

• Fees are charged in USD and include taxes where legally required.
• Paid plans renew automatically — cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no penalty fees.
• We honor a 14-day refund policy — full refund if requested within the first 14 days.
• Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

Changes & discontinuation

We may:

• Update features, change pricing (with 30 days notice via email).
• Run scheduled maintenance — announced at our status page.
• Discontinue the service — with at least 90 days notice and help exporting all your data.

Warranty & limitations

We strive to provide a reliable and accurate service, but we cannot guarantee:

• Translations will always be 100% accurate — AI can make mistakes. Review before using for legal or medical purposes.
• The service will run 24/7 without interruption.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU'VE PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Termination

You may terminate your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Fail to pay fees.
• Engage in fraud or threaten the security of other users.

After termination, your data is deleted per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Montana courts — unless you're in the EU/UK, in which case local consumer protection laws prevail.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
